Processing of personal data

Access to some sections of the present website (hereafter referred to as “Site”) and/or any requests for information or services from users of the Site may be subordinate to entering personal data, the processing of which on behalf of Cab Log Ltd. (hereafter “Cab Log” or “Data Controller”) as Data Controller of the processing, is subject to conformity with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Code regarding protection of personal data” (hereafter named “Code”).
The present information notice aims to inform users, also before they access various sections of the Site and furnish their own data, as to how Cab Log processes the personal data of users and users must necessarily take note of this before furnishing their own personal data in the appropriate spaces in the various sections of the Site.

Aims of the processing

According to the needs manifested each time by the user who accesses the various sections of the Site, the aims of the processing of personal data furnished directly by users through compilation of the modules on-line may consist in the following:

  • To allow registration on the Site which is necessary for access to particular sections of the Site itself and for supplying and handling the various services offered. Rights of users as recognized by Article 7 of the Code

“Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights”

  • The interested party, hereafter referred to as ‘Data Subject’, has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him/her, also if not yet registered, and regarding communication of the same in an intelligible form;

    • The processing of personal data concerning them for the purposes of sending advertising material, direct selling, market research or commercial communication surveys.

The exercising of rights as described above can be applied directly or by delegating, in writing, power of attorney or proxy to physical persons or associations.

Methods of exercising rights as per Article 7 and for obtaining information regarding the list of Personnel in charge of the processing

The user may, in any moment, exercise his/her rights as per Article 7 of the Code, and obtain information regarding the complete list of personnel in charge of the data processing by sending an e-mail to the address of the Data Controller ‘noale@cab-log.it, or by sending a letter via ordinary mail to CAB LOG LTD, Via Torricelli, 17 – 30033 NOALE (VE). Furthermore, the user, in the event that he has given his consent, may oppose the data processing for the aims as described in points b), c) and d) via his/her own e-mail address, by clicking on a specific link that is present in each electronic mail message.

Methods of modifying the profile of the user

The user may in any moment modify the data he has furnished, or request for the data to be cancelled, by sending an e-mail to the address of the Data Controller – noale@cab-log.it

Cookie policy

With a view to making users’ visits to our website as helpful as possible, we use cookies for the presentation of our assortment of products.
